The Fix
The big question is: how does one rebalance the body?
Rebalancing takes patience, consistent effort, and targeted corrective exercise. Sitting for long periods impacts body alignment, causing imbalances in key muscle groups—hip flexors/glutes, quads/hamstrings, and tibialis/calves. This uneven relationship between the front and back of the legs creates what I call ‘Broken Form.’
The good news? The body can be realigned through consistent corrective exercise programming. Proper alignment enhances daily movement patterns like walking, running, and standing up. And if it improves fundamental movement, it will undoubtedly elevate your athletic performance!
